Our mother, one of the great home kitchen bakers, used to say, if you use only
the highest quality best tasting ingredients, you always end up with something
delicious and nutritious.
We took this philosophy and included it in our Healthy Lifestyle Diet, and
created the hand made all parmesan "Gourmet Wafer Crisps" in our home at our
kitchen table during the summer of 2003. We began by making one small batch, so
we could have something to eat that would satisfy that overwhelming need for
crunch with taste. We soon let our friends in on our little secret, and began
making larger and larger batches. Soon we were going store to store, leaving
samples with our phone number. Before long our phones began to ring. We believed
that, just like our friends and family, if someone would try it, they would buy
it, and they did, and still are!
The idea that we could create a gourmet product that would satisfy even the most
discerning palette and meet diverse nutritional requirements, including being
Wheat Free, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Low Carb and is high in Calcium seemed far
fetched when we started. We never wavered from our philosophy that The Kitchen
Table Bakers™ would use only the highest quality aged cheeses and seasonings and
that our all natural product would contain…..
NO Preservatives, NO Artificial Colors, NO Cellulose, NO Egg Products, and NO
Other Bulk Enhancers.
These remarkable Hand Made All Parmesan "Gourmet Wafer Crisps" are able to stand
on their own, be used as a chip for dipping or as a base for a canapé.
We believe our products reflect our true beginnings by staying true to our
roots.

A three ounce container containing 14-16 three inch cheese crisps. These are
brittle crisps and some of the cheese crackers may be broken in the container
but sprinkle the pieces on a tossed salad.

These crackers are the best, even my Mother in law, a full blooded Italian loves them. I have tried to make them, but can not even come close to recreating them.
This is a fantastic product! I love them. They are great for low carbers, WLS patients, or those who just need a bit of crunch with flavor. I use them as crackers for tuna and alone as a snack.
These are fantastic.
Only problem is that they are very fragile and you do end up getting more bits and pieces than you do actual wafers but just like cookies, the broken ones are the best because all the calories fell out. ;o)

These are FANTASTIC. A little strong if eaten by themselves. I LOVE the Parm flavor, I put a little pizza sauce on top, followed by a piece of turkey pepperoni and lastly sprinkled with low fat part skim mozzarella cheese warm in the microwave mmm mmm yummy mini pizza. Love them for my middle of the day snack. Once you try them you will be HOOKED!
